Walter and Eli Traveling

Fall 2012

Walter and Eli had a wonderful trip to California in their MGB this fall. By all accounts, they had a fabulous time, and the car performed marvelously. Congrats to you both!

Dave Marshall says Hi

In March 2013, Dave Marshall purchased a 1955 Hudson Metropolitan. The Hudson name was only used for 1955 and Nash was used from 1956-61. The only difference between the two is the medallion on the grille and the horn button. It is powered by a 1200 cc Austin (same block as the MGB), three on the tree, factory tube radio (that works), 12 volt positive ground, new interior, many new parts. The car is believed to be from BC. I will be treating it as a rolling restoration for a driver.

Dave wanted to say hello to his old friends from the WBCC.

Dave also has a couple of other cars, one finished and the other a project:

John Schaub Returns

2012

John writes:
I wanted to say hello to my old friends from the WBCC.

After spending about three years in Asia, living in Hong Kong and Indonesia, I am back in Waterloo. I have finally resurrected my 1974 MGB roadster and am looking forward to
next year’s driving season. I am also looking forward to seeing everyone at the pub nights over the next few months.

Best Regards
John
